DMCA Policy

"James Martin Show Wife" (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.   6. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content that was removed or disabled is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent.

  • Identify the specific URLs or other unique identifying information of material that "James Martin Show Wife" has removed or to which "James Martin Show Wife" has disabled access.
  • Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which "James Martin Show Wife" may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement.
  • Include the following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material identified above was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
